Day 50

What my day should look like:

B = Oatmeal
9am = Tea
10.30am = Protein Shake
12pm = Tea
1.30pm = Stri Fry
3pm = Tea
4.30pm = Protein Bar

10.31am

Right so already a little off. Had some donuts in the office today, so I just had one of them as my morning snack, which means I won't be having the protein shake.

I also had a make shift chicken burger at home, just vogel toast, cheese, chicken paty and tomato sauce. Not what I had planned to have for breakfast, but by my calculations, only 314 calories in total.

10.33am

Next week I will sort out my breakfasts (again). This area seems to be tricky for me.

2.44pm

It has been such a busy day at work today. I've got that feeling where I have too much to do and not enough time to get it done.

3.51pm

Only now am I just making my second cup of tea for the day.

Final Note:

I didn't really eat dinner last night. I had a slice and a piece of banana cake, that's sort of it.

9am = Green Tea
10.30am = Donut (280)
1.30pm = Stir Fry (200)
3pm = Green Tea
4.30pm = 2x mini croissants (227)
