What my day should look like:
B= Toast and yogurt
9am = Tea
10.30am = Protein Bar
12pm = Tea
1.30pm = Salad
3pm = Tea
4.30pm = Protein Shake

It's a busy day at work, I'm only just starting to fall in line with what I need to have done today.
1.09pm
I haven't even been able to have a cup of tea today. That's a little depressing. Even more depressing is that I have two slices that where left over from rehearsal last night. Both of them equals 507 calories. Not so good for my overall count.
1.51pm
I had a vegetable fry up with Beef Schnitzel for lunch today. It was yum, but I think it's fear to say that I ate too much.
4.32pm
I have now had my 3 cups of tea, I just had them all together. Really had to go to the toilet right after that.
