What my day should look like:
Lemon Water
B = 2 x scrambled eggs, 2 slices of cheese and 2 strips of bacon
10.30am = protein bar
1.30pm = 1 chicken schnitzel, 1/2 cup of brown rice, 2 cups of vege
4.30pm = Protein Shake (half and half mix)
D = Lemon Water, 12 almonds and 1 serving of fruit
12.06pm
going good so far today. However, instead of bacon this morning (as we didn't have any left at home) I had my eggs with two slices of sandwich thin vogel bread

Had a yummy lunch of brown rice, chicken schnitzel and veges, still finding this one very fulling which is good as it's my last sustainable meal of the day.
