What my day should look like:
Lemon Water
B = 1 x smoothie
10.30am = Protein Shake
1.30pm = chicken stir fry
4.30pm = 6x baby carrots
D = 1 glass of lemon water, 12 almonds and 1 serving of fruit
11.18am
My weekend wasn't good and showed in my weight loss results. Keeping these on track is going to be key for me in this process.
The scary reality for me is that I don't fit my wedding dress yet. Doing this cut I am certain I will be able to fit it. I just need to do this cut right.
Officially down 2.6 kgs from my first week.
12.11pm
After being out of my normal routine for the past few days I am hungry for lunch now. However I am wondering about this.
If I do lunch at around 12/12.30pm and have my afternoon tea around 3pm when I am again shortening my eating period. As dinner is just to give me a boost from after the gym.
I am consider this for next week.

1pm = 1/2 chicken Schnitzel, 1/2C of Brown Rice and 2 Cups of Vegetables
D = Lemon Water & Weetbix
Total calories was 1340
Not a day that matches my plan perfectly, however still all good foods and a good day of eating
