What I my day should look like:
Lemon Water
B = 2 x fried eggs, 2 x slice of cheese and 2 x vogel toast with butter
9.30am = Protein Shake
1pm = 1 x chicken schnitzel, 1/2 of brown rice and 2 cups of veges
4pm = Banana
D = Lemon Water, 12 almonds and 1 serving of fruit
1.17pm
Not good day. I went to the supermarket on the way to work and brought caramel slice while I was doing the kitchen supplies shop for work!!!
ARRRHHH very pissed off with myself and I'm feel absolutely revolting right now. Serves me right

I'm feeling a little less yuck now that I have had lunch (some good food). I really need to learn my lesson on this!

10.30am = caramel slice
1pm = 1/2 chicken schnitzel, 1/2 brown rice and 2 cups of veges
4pm = protein cookie
D = Lemon Water and 1 Banana
Total calories for the day was 1535
I wish I didn't mess today up with the caramel slice!!!
