Right so the weekend again.
Now I got sick here which was very frustrating and continued through to Monday.
Saturday (day 78) I eat 1820 calories
Sunday (day 79) I eat 1910 calories
I am happy that I kept both of these days below 2000, especially Sunday as I can add in my own choice of foods here.
However I didn't do a good job with having green tea on Sunday.
Now I found the routine here to be quite difficult. The eating schedule is very different to my working week and I noticed it. My body wanted food at my working week times even if I had already given it something.
Definitely something to take into account for the future
