Great start to the day.
I got up at 5.30 thought I didn't walk the dog as my legs are sore from Squats last night. I had 4 pieces of very thin vogel bread with Honey for Breakfast.

I am starting to get hungry now so I will go make a cup of tea and finish my bottle of water
Final Notes:
I had one of the best eating days I have ever had in a long time!!
Total Calories for the day was around 1800
And I'm going to do that all again today
