Exercise Plan Revised

The following is what my average week looks like:

Monday : Weights
Tuesday : Boot Camp
Wednesday : Weights
Thursday : Boot Camp
Friday : Weights
Weekends : Nothing

All in all, it's not a bad plan, but it does leave me on my ass all weekend long.

So this is what I want to aim for:


Monday : Weights

Tuesday : Boot Camp

Wednesday : Weights

Thursday : Boot Camp

Friday : Weights

Weekends : ONE WALK WITH DOG


This means that I will be aiming for exercise six times a week, and if I can't make one because another commitment has come up or I've got something else on, I have still worked out five times that week.
