The following is what my average week looks like:
Monday : WeightsTuesday : Boot Camp
Wednesday : Weights
Thursday : Boot Camp
Friday : Weights
Weekends : Nothing
All in all, it's not a bad plan, but it does leave me on my ass all weekend long.
