Honestly, this weekend it's like everything went out the window. I wasn't paying attention to what I was eating and I can't really back track it to know. I have food at many different times all throughout the day. None of my eating for regular and I spent money on food - lollies, chocolate, donuts
Not a good weekend!! Not at all.
Though I'm not sure that my weekends ever really are, so I believe this is me now pin pointing a issue. The main problem would be that I don't have a routine to me days in the weekend. They just sort of happen which means food just sort of happens.
I'll need to work this one out
