Day 22

5.23pm

Not so good as the past two days that I have had. I went out for lunch today as I had a few jobs to do for work, I ended up buying a cookie as well as a pita pit wrap. The Pita Pit was good but adding that Cookie into my day not good. 

This is what I need to focus on avoiding. 

Recently my partner and I have done some budgeting so that I know I have a little free range to buy lunch here and there. However if that means that I am going to buy a sweet thing too, then I can forget about that!!!!

No Sweets Things. 

So that means I need to ensure that I mean my meals. I need to make my lunches before I go to work. The morning before or the night before or make a bulk meal in the weekend that will last me. 

I'm going to focus on making them as low carb as possible, this unfortunately means ruling out pasta. 

There are a few assortments of foods that I am going to be making, so here is my list
  • Brown Rice, Vegetables and a small amount of protein
  • Garden Salad with a small amount of protein
  • I'll do a pasta bake type meal without the pasts and a hell of a lot more vegetable
  • I can stick to have the sandwiches that I have been having (just remember two of them are possibly too much without exercising that day)
  • Stir Fry
  • The last thing I'm going to add is wraps.
Now my work place is going to be moving locations in a few months time and this is going to mean a better kitchen to cook in, so I won't need to stress as much about making foods before work. Which is awesome

5.29pm

For breakfast I had two scrambled eggs on toast.

Now I've got boot camp tonight so that will help me burn off my Sweet Treat from today, but that's really not meant to be the point of this. I don't want to eat something to have to burn it off, I want to burn off the fat that I already have!

Final Note:

I went and got a roast for dinner, so all up not an amazing eating day. I'd be looking at (this is just a guess) about 2600 calories. With boot camp I may have burnt off 400, so I eat far too much
