Time to Knuckle down.
I am committed now and what it's going to come down too is what I bring with myself to work and what I allow myself to eat.

I need to re-set my body clock as trying to wake up this morning at 5.30am was pretty tricky. This is step one for tomorrow. Seen as I got out of bed after 6.30am today.

Breakfast today was good, I eat a decent amount of food and a cup of tea

Lunch was good today as well, I had pre-cooked a stir fry with no sauce last night and had this for lunch. It was very yummy but after it I still felt incredibly hungry

I went out to view the new office that work is moving into and then on the way home, we stopped at a cafe where I got a brownie. Really wish I didn't do that
Final Note:
It's getting better from here on
