I was so pleased with my Day yesterday that by having it in mind I managed to go all the way to work without stopping to buy food!! And I even had time.
For breakfast I had a smoothie

For lunch I had two ham salad ciabata buns and then two small mandarins as a snack.
Tomorrow I'm going to look at making a salad which will mean removing the bun I have been having for lunch. This will ideally cut down on the calories I have been eating
Final Notes:
I did go home after work and eat a few snacks with my partner while he was cooking dinner. I would say I eat around 2200 calories today.
Dinner was delicious as well.
What I noticed is that as soon as I got home I was hungry. Usually I don't go home straight after work, instead I have the gym on, without this distraction/commitment I wasn't focused and instead I let me head control my stomach.
