I've been dreading writing in here, but here goes. I had Mc Donalds for breakfast. I'll do a calorie total.

YICKS! The total comes to 1303 Calories. This is terrifying.
Now the reason why I allowed myself to go get this is because I know that tonight I am doing Boot Camp and the Weights, double what I usually do, so I justified it as being ok in my head.
Now that I see the count I am honestly thinking what the f***. I could have made a cooked breakfast that tasted so much better than that and would have been less calories.
I'll keep this in mind for next time.
I am about to have the next Protein Bar I got for a trial. I don't think this one will be as good as the other two. It sort of looks like a chocolate substitute and there isn't much to it.
I will be going to the supermarket before work tomorrow to get more!

Well that was basically a chocolate bar. Tasted so good, but not what I am looking for. I'm really interested in doing a comparison between that Atkins Bar that I just ate and a Cadbury Diary Milk Bar. Would like to see how it can be better for you as it was a chocolate bar.

I'm actually going home this weekend, so I think I might try to see where I am at with my wedding dress. I know that my weight hasn't changed yet and that my measurements are still pretty much the same but I feel lighter so I would like to know. I also probably need the knock of not being able to fit it to do even better
Final Notes:
Last night I did Boot Camp and then Weights at the gym. I felt really good after it and lifted 140kg in deadlift. I'm getting very excited about power lifting.
For dinner I had a weight watchers meal and my partner and I also went to the supermarket so that I could stock up on Protein Bars.
