An alright start to the day. I had some buns. Though when I come to think about, they probably had a large amount of calories to them, so actually a not ok start to the day.

I made a bulk lot of stir fry last night so now I've got a good amount of food to eat that have no carbs in them. It's a good meal for me to be incorporating in my day

Today I am eating a protein bar called 'carb less', I am having the Coconut Brownie Flavour and it taste so good. I am currently eating it, so I will update this post with how I feel after it has settled in my stomach.

Alright so I've done the protein bar and I've had lunch. Now with this particular protein bar it's going to become my dessert snack. It did fill me up and I wouldn't have been able to eat a lot of them (like I can with a chocolate bar), it tasted really yum and it didn't make my stomach feel fuller.
However unlike the first protein bar I tried, I didn't stay feeling full for long and it wasn't until I had eaten the whole bar that I felt less hungry. Now I could also be having a hungry day as I am hungry now and it's only two hours after lunch but I don't think this bar did as good a job as the first.
So the first bar I had is going to be my more every day type snack. Something that I know is going to help keep my hunger in check.
I do have one more bar to trial tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.
Final Note:
Not such a bad day eating wise. But I did have a few subway cookies for desert last night. I made it that far eating well and then when I went to get dinner (brown rice sushi) subway was right next door so I went and got cookies.
I was really hungry from weights, it was convenient, I wasn't really thinking I shouldn't be doing this and they only cost $2.90.
To avoid this in the future I need to not walk into the shop. Go somewhere that doesn't offer me this option. Put the $2.90 into my savings account instead of on the table
