I realized last night that I hadn't put up my weekly exercise from last week so here it is
Monday - Weights
Tuesday - Boot Camp
Wednesday - Walking
Thursday - NOTHING
Friday - Weights
Saturday - Moving House
Sunday - NOTHING
Lifestyle Changes, Self Esteem and Confidence, Workout, Eat Right, Enjoy Life. Get enough sleep, have good fuel, gains from pain. Never Give Up. It's not just the scale.
