Day 23

10.57am

For breakfast I had a protein shake and 2 Hashbrown (I want to try and avoid unhealthy carbs as much as possible from now on)

I have two salad sandwiches for lunch again today. This is the last day that I am allowing myself to have these so I best enjoy them

Yes, those sandwiches are yum, but no more now.

I have brought a protein bar to have today. It's called Lo Carb and is a Honey, Almond and Milk Chocolate Flavour. It doesn't really taste like much, but I am feeling ridiculously full right now and I've only eaten a third of the bar.

An excellent result for my first trial with protein bars. I have two more different types to try over the next little while and then I will settle on a brand and use that to sustain my hunger.

If it works then way, then one bite of the bar will probably keep me going for a while!! Great. A quick, easy, low carb and low calorie snack to carry with me everywhere.

Final Notes:

All in all, I had a pretty good day of eating today
